Notes and sources
Bought for Resonance Crystals at Renown 18. The journal shows the cost only as a number (Resonance Crystals by the wiki and wow.gg) and leaves out the renown. Renown 18 is given by the wiki's pages for the mount and for the vendor and by wow.gg; Wowhead's sold-by list was not read.
The vendor's place: Wowhead's tooltip for Auditor Balwurz (NPC 223728) has two points a few steps apart, 39.2, 24.2 and 39.4, 24.6; wow.gg gives the first and the wiki the second.
Renown with the Council of Dornogal is shared by the Warband. The reputation total is 42,500 if the first rank is free (17 ranks at 2,500) and 45,000 on wow.gg's count; which is right was not settled. Per-activity amounts were not found beyond the weekly 1,500, so the hours are the weak figure. Whether renown gains were raised after Midnight launched was not checked.
