Notes and sources
The journal's cost of 5,000 is Timewarped Badges: the wiki's page for the item, Reins of the Amani Hunting Bear (2026), has it sold by Cupri in Shattrath City for 5,000 Timewarped Badges during The Burning Crusade timewalking events. Wowhead's tooltip names the same vendor and price.
Cupri also sells the Eclipse Dragonhawk at the same price, and these notes follow that mount's. Badges are tagged as transferable within the Warband (wiki) and are earned in every Timewalking event, so they can be saved up in other weeks and spent when the Burning Crusade week comes round. The wiki does not say whether the 500-badge quest is once per character or per account.
That she is absent outside the Burning Crusade week rests on the wiki's wording and on this guide's other Timewalking mounts; how often that week comes round was not looked up.
The coordinates are those used for the Eclipse Dragonhawk, from Wowhead's tooltip for Cupri (NPC 98685: six spots between 54.4, 38.4 and 54.6, 39.6); the wiki gives no coordinates, only that she stands on the second floor in the centre of the Terrace of Light.
The item (224399) was added in patch 11.0.5 (October 2024), asks for level 10 and binds when picked up; a ground mount (wiki).
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
