The Earthen paladin's own mount. An Earthen paladin learns it automatically at level 10, which is the level an Earthen character starts at; there is no quest, trainer, vendor or item. So once the Earthen are unlocked on the account, making an Earthen paladin is all it takes.

There is nowhere to travel for this one.
Notes and sources
Earthen paladins learn it automatically at level 10 (the wiki's page, 2026); added in patch 11.0.2. There is no item, and no place is given because there is nowhere to travel for the mount itself.
The journal files it under quests and says only "Paladin". Wowhead's tooltip for the spell (453785) says Requires Paladin and names no faction, the Earthen being playable on both sides. That it arrives at level 10 rests on the wiki alone: the comments on Wowhead's spell page were not read. The other races' paladin mounts in this guide show the same pattern, with players reporting the mount in the journal as soon as the character is made.
On the unlock the two sources differ. The wiki's page for the achievement (2026) still asks for the whole campaign including its five chapters at maximum level, behind Renown 4 with the Council of Dornogal, the Assembly of the Deeps, the Hallowfall Arathi and the Severed Threads. Wowhead's guide (2026) says the requirements were amended when The War Within closed and lists only the six level-up storylines given above plus the side stories. Wowhead's list is followed as the later one; if the game still asks for the maximum-level chapters, the first requirement is some hours longer.
Blizzard's support article on allied races says only that the Earthen are an exception to the recruitment chains and points to the same Wowhead guide.
Not established: whether an Earthen paladin made by race change or level boost gets the mount the same way, though nothing suggests otherwise.
