Sold by Ando the Gat for 500 gold at Renown 17 with the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club. He stands inside the Liberation of Undermine raid, on the upper floor of the Incontinental Hotel where the raid begins: up the stairs, turn left, at the back of the room. Renown comes only from the raid's eight bosses and seven lieutenants.

Notes and sources
The journal leaves out the renown. The vendor is in the raid's opening area by the Method guide's directions, and the time on the spot is the walk to him from the raid entrance. The same vendor sells Thunderdrum Misfire at Renown 8 and Flarendo the Furious at Renown 20; these notes follow Flarendo's.
An account that raided here in 2025 already holds part of the renown.
Sources disagree on the weekly limit: the wiki still describes one rank a week with catch-up for latecomers, while Method (2025) says that cap is gone and only the 5,000 reputation a full clear gives limits progress. Whether Midnight changed the rate could not be established.
Wowhead comments on the faction bear out the present rate: a player who first cleared the raid in 2025 stood at Renown 4 with 2,000 of 2,500 after the second week, a little under 5,000 a week, and a 2026 comment found that a second clear in the same week, on a different character, gave nothing.
Guides: Wowhead's renown guide (2025) has the same reputation figures as Method, and both say a boss or lieutenant has to be looted for its reputation to count. Wowhead's was written while the season's limit of one new rank a week was in force and still describes it; Method's (2025) is the later word.
