Notes and sources
Sold by Smaks Topskimmer at 43.6, 50.8 in Undermine for 11,375 Resonance Crystals at Renown Rank 19 with the Cartels of Undermine. The journal shows the cost only as a number. Cost, renown and place are from the wiki and a 2026 wow.gg guide, and Wowhead's item and vendor pages (2026) agree on all three.
Renown with the Cartels is shared by the Warband, and the weekly quests pay it once a week for the Warband (alts get Resonance Crystals instead), so alts do not shorten it.
The six weeks to Renown 19 are the weak figure: they are worked out from the amounts, sources disagree on what the story chapters pay (2,500 each, or 2,500 and then 1,000), and whether renown gains were raised after patch 11.1 was not checked.
