Notes and sources
Sold by Shredz the Scrapper (npc 231407), open to both factions, for 11,375 Resonance Crystals at Exalted with the Venture Company. The journal's 'Cost: 11,375' is Resonance Crystals: Wowhead's sold-by list (2026) shows him alone at 11,375 of currency 2815, and the wiki agrees.
Coordinates: the wiki has Shredz at 53.2, 72.6, the same as the Venture Co-ordinator's notes (Wowhead's guide 53.2, 72.6, its tooltip 53.2, 72.4-72.6).
The standing: The faction is called Venture Company in Wowhead's tooltip for Shredz and on the wiki, though the item says 'Venture Company Cartel' and the cartel's quest and trove say Venture Co. (as noted for the Venture Co-ordinator).

- the wiki's page for the mount says 'after reaching exalted reputation with the Venture Company', and its vendor table has the mount in the Exalted row
- a 2025 Wowhead comment says the same with the faction's id, 2671
The way to Exalted and its time follow the Venture Co-ordinator and the Bilgewater Bombardier, from Wowhead's renown guide and players' figures; they are the weak part here, hence medium confidence, while the price, the standing and the place are firm. The weekly choice of cartel binds the whole Warband until the reset, so a week spent with the Venture Company is a week not spent on Bilgewater, Blackwater or Steamwheedle. Once Exalted, each further filling of the bar gives a Venture Co. Trove at the same vendor with a chance at another mount, the Venture Co-ordinator.
