Sold by Skedgit Cinderbangs at Entrepreneur Inc. in the Heaps, in the south of Undermine, for 25 Miscellaneous Mechanica. The Mechanica is a rare find in Undermine: one or two in most of the troves a cartel hands out each time its reputation bar fills again past Exalted, a small chance from every Undermine rare, and a very small one from Overflowing Dumpsters.

Notes and sources
The journal shows the cost only as a number; it is 25 Miscellaneous Mechanica (wiki), an item that binds to the Warband, so every character's finds add up.
Skedgit sells three mounts at 25 each: this one, the Margin Manipulator and the Innovation Investigator (wiki), so the Mechanica has to be gathered three times over for all of them.
How fast the Mechanica comes is the weak figure, and the sources disagree. The wiki says only that it drops from all rares across Undermine. wow.gg's guide (updated 2026) gives the same vendor and coordinates, about 5% from rares, 1-2 Mechanica in about half the paragon caches, and one player's 46 Mechanica in 43 days with 18 characters.
The coordinates (the wiki's quest pages 43.2, 82.8; Wowhead's tooltip 43.0, 82.2-82.6), the campaign requirement and the Mechanica arithmetic are taken from the Margin Manipulator's notes, which carry the Wowhead pages, the loot counts and what players report.
