Guide Wowhead: Cartels of Undermine Renown Guide - Patch 11.1: Undermine(d)
Before you go
- Undermine unlocked: the first chapter of the Undermine(d) campaign, which follows the Khaz Algar campaign · about 1.5 h
- Exalted with the Steamwheedle Cartel: each week one cartel is chosen for the whole Warband with Kaydee Racketring at the Incontinental Hotel, and that week's three Undermine weekly quests (Many Jobs, Handle It!; Urge to Surge; Reduce, Reuse, Resell), the world quests, side gigs and rares pay their cartel reputation to it. The Undermine storylines pay some as well · about 8 h over 4 weeks
- 11,375 Resonance Crystals (Khaz Algar world quests, rares, delves and weekly caches; the currency is shared by the Warband) · about 3 h
In all: about 12.5 h of play, spread over 4 weeks, starting from nothing.

Notes and sources
The journal's 'Cost: 11,375' is Resonance Crystals, and it leaves out the reputation. The wiki's page for the mount (2026) says 'After reaching exalted reputation with the Steamwheedle Cartel, it can be purchased for 11,375 Resonance Crystals from Lab Assistant Laszly at Steamwheedle Laboratories in Undermine', and its page for the vendor reads the same (as found for the Steamwheedle Supplier).
The item's own 'Requires...' line and Wowhead's sold-by list were not checked. For the sister mounts, the Crimson Armored Growler (Bilgewater Cartel) and the Darkfuse Demolisher (Darkfuse), Wowhead and the wiki agree on standing, price and currency.
The vendor's place and the whole reputation requirement are taken from the Steamwheedle Supplier's notes and were not looked up again. Coordinates for Lab Assistant Laszly:
- Wowhead's tooltip (npc 231408): 27.2, 72.4
- a comment: 27.12, 72.58
- the wiki: 27.8, 73.4
The faction meant is the Undermine cartel (faction 2677), not the old goblin faction of the same name from Classic.
The way to Exalted and its time are the weak part, hence medium confidence: the cartel's reputation steps and what the weekly quests pay today were not established (the wiki has 1,000 each; the Bilgewater Bombardier's notes have 2,000 since patch 11.1.5 doubled cartel reputation). The weekly choice of cartel binds the whole Warband until the reset, so a week spent on Steamwheedle is a week not spent on Bilgewater, Blackwater or the Venture Company.
Once Exalted, each further filling of the bar gives a Steamwheedle Trove at the same vendor with a chance at another mount, the Steamwheedle Supplier.
The guide linked (2025) is the one used for the Bilgewater Bombardier and the Steamwheedle Supplier; it was not opened again for this mount. Added in patch 11.1.0 (25 February 2025); the item asks for level 30 (wiki) and binds when picked up (wiki, Wowhead tooltip).
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
