line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The journal's cost of 5,000 is Timewarped Badges (wiki). Added in patch 11.0.5 (October 2024); the wiki's own page for Auzin has not caught up and lists only his older mount.
Badges are a currency the wiki tags as transferable within the Warband, and they are earned in every Timewalking event, so they can be saved up in other weeks and spent when the Wrath of the Lich King week comes round. A 2026 guide confirms the Timewalking vendors only appear during their own event week. The wiki does not say whether the 500-badge quest is once per character or per account.
This is the Dalaran above Crystalsong Forest in Northrend, not the one over the Broken Isles.
