Sold for 5,000 Timewarped Badges by every Timewalking vendor. Each of those vendors is only in the world while its own expansion's Timewalking event is running, so the place to buy it is whichever of them is out that week.
Time there about 2 min a visit
Before you go
- 5,000 Timewarped Badges, earned in any Timewalking event: 10 per dungeon boss, 20 for the last boss and 10 or 25 for finishing, 20 per Timewalking raid boss and 50 for the last, plus 500 from the event's own weekly quest (range 3-20 hours, depending on how many characters hand that quest in) · about 12 h
In all: about 12 h of play, starting from nothing.
Getting there
There is nowhere to travel for this one.
Notes and sources
The journal's cost of 5,000 is Timewarped Badges (wiki). No place is given above because the vendor changes with the event; see the list below.
The mount was first the reward of the achievement Master of the Turbulent Timeways II (added in patch 11.0.7, 17 December 2024) and has been sold by the Timewalking vendors since patch 11.1.7 (17 June 2025; wiki); that event is over, so the vendors are the way now. The journal and Wowhead's tooltip both read 'Any Timewalking Vendor'.
This follows the guide's notes on the other two mounts of past Turbulent Timeways events, the Chrono Corsair and the Sandy Shalewing. Wowhead's sold-by list for the Corsair has eleven sellers, each at 5,000 badges; the Buzzbee's own sold-by list was not checked, only the wiki's page for it.
Where the vendors stand, by Method's 2026 list as those notes have it:
- Bobadormu for Classic: Orgrimmar 52.8, 83.0; Stormwind 56.0, 19.0
- Cupri for The Burning Crusade: Shattrath 54.6, 39.6
- Auzin for Wrath: Dalaran in Northrend 51.0, 47.6
- Kiatke for Cataclysm: Orgrimmar 52.0, 41.6; Stormwind 76.6, 16.6
- Mistweaver Xia for Mists: Timeless Isle 43.0, 55.6
- Kronnus for Warlords: Warspear 42.8, 54.6
- Tempra for Warlords: Stormshield 37.2, 72.6
- Aridormi for Legion: Dalaran over the Broken Isles 68.8, 49.6
- Churbro for Battle for Azeroth: Dazar'alor 46.0, 94.9; Boralus 70.9, 17.2
- Collector Ta'steld for Shadowlands: Oribos 56.2, 64.1
- Xydan for Dragonflight: Valdrakken 81.4, 47.3
They only appear during their own event's week. Badges are transferable within the Warband and keep between events (wiki); the wiki does not say whether the 500-badge quest is once per character or per account.
The item binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki). When the next Timewalking week falls was not looked up; the in-game calendar has it.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
