Reward of the achievement A Farewell to Arms, the meta-achievement of Battle for Azeroth. It asks for eighteen others: the five raids cleared on any difficulty (Uldir, Battle of Dazar'alor, Crucible of Storms, The Eternal Palace, Ny'alotha, the Waking City), Battle for Azeroth Dungeon Hero, I'm On Island Time, War Stories, Azerothian Diplomat, Expedition Leader, Maximum Effort, Undersea Usurper, Mecha-Done, Black Empire State of Mind, Through the Depths of Visions, Full Heart, Can't Lose, Dressed to Kill: Battle for Azeroth, and To All the Squirrels I Set Sail to See. Progress counts for the whole account, and it takes characters of both factions: some parts can only be done as Alliance, others only as Horde.

Getting there
/way Boralus 66.2 32.4 - Take the portal from Wizard's Sanctum to Boralus*
- Fly the rest of the way
/way Dazar'alor 44.6 95.4 - Take the portal from Pathfinder's Den to Zuldazar*

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The place given above is a hub chosen for the route, not where the mount is handed over; it comes with the achievement, and how it is delivered was not found. Added in patch 11.0.7 (December 2024). Still being finished in Midnight: a 2026 Wowhead comment reports it.
Hub coordinates: Captain Nightrunner beside Boralus's Expedition Map from Wowhead's tooltip (66.2, 32.2-32.6), Captain Rez'okun at the Port of Zandalar from the wiki.
Two steps take more than one player at once, hence the player count given above. The dance at the Norwington Estate takes two, and a Normal warfront does not begin until five players are in its queue (Wowhead's guide of 2025; the wiki's patch 9.1.5 note, which lowered it from 15). In a 2024 forum thread one player speaks of ten, and others there describe a queue that does not fill.
Time: the hours in the list above add up to about 210 and are estimates throughout. wow.gg (updated 2026) says 4 to 8 weeks; a 2025 Wowhead comment took a month with much already done during Battle for Azeroth; comments of 2025 and 2026 speak of months for an account that starts from nothing, with Undersea Usurper the longest part.
More characters shorten the gates: three for the bodyguards, and a 2024 comment reckons Mardivas's Laboratory at about an hour with 13 characters. A 2025 comment took both the Rajani and the Uldum Accord from Revered to Exalted with about 5,000 Timewarped Badges during Battle for Azeroth Timewalking. Another 2025 comment says a needed world quest vanishes for the account's other characters of the same faction on a realm once one of them has done it; not checked.
Patch 11.0.7 cut several requirements (Wowhead's guide):
- 10 island quests in place of 22
- 15 pets, explorers and champions in place of all
- 6 missions a set
- 15 visitor quests
- 30 blueprints
- 10 corrupted creatures
- 100 tumors in place of 1,000
- the Nazjatar rares Rockweed Shambler and Anemonar dropped
- the PvP islands and the essence-collecting achievement taken out
Sources disagree in places:
- Wowhead's guide (updated 2025) also walks through six warfront achievements (Strike Fast, Night Moves, Leader of Troops, Recruitment Officer, Tour of War, By Nature's Call) that are not among Maximum Effort's seven criteria in Wowhead's tooltip or on the wiki
- the wiki still lists Island Slayer and Notorious under Expedition Leader; Wowhead's tooltip has nine criteria without them
- on Azerothian Diplomat the wiki and the guide say one side's factions are enough, a 2025 Wowhead comment says both
- Eppu's place is the Great Seal in Wowhead's guide and the Hall of Chroniclers on the wiki
Since patch 11.2.7 the achievement also gives two housing decorations (wiki). A Revendreth quest has the same name and nothing to do with this.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
