Notes and sources
Cielstrasza is on the north face of the top landing; ride the temple's drake or fly up. The dailies are Defending Wyrmrest Temple (Dragonblight) and Drake Hunt and Aces High! (Coldarra).
Tabard reputation counts in heroic Wrath dungeons and in the level-80 normal ones only (wiki); heroics lock daily, which is why the grind is spread over two days. The wiki marks its per-dungeon figures as possibly inaccurate, and they predate level scaling, so the hours are soft.
