How to get it

Sold by Torie, the Provisioner at the Horrific Visions Revisited camp just south of the Coreway in Dornogal, for 40,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos. The mementos come from running the revisited Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar, which are entered through the portal beside her and can be run as often as wanted.

40,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos from Horrific Visions Revisited. The chest at the end of a vision pays 100 for the boss alone, 1,100 for a full clear without masks, 2,300 with five Faceless Masks on and 3,020 with all eight; kills, Black Empire Caches and Odd Crystals (425 for ten handed in at once to Zarhaal) come on top. A full run without masks comes to about 1,600, so about 25 runs, fewer with masks · about 12.5 h

Notes and sources

The journal gives the cost only as a number; it is Displaced Corrupted Mementos (Wowhead's sold-by row: currency 3149, 40,000, Torie). Torie also sells the Wicked Swarmer for 20,000 mementos.

The currency has no weekly limit: wow.gg (guide updated 2026) says the gear rewards have one but the currency can be farmed without restriction, and Wowhead's guide says the revisited visions can be entered as often as wanted, with no vessel or key. It can be moved between characters of the Warband (wiki).

Each mask adds 20% to the mementos, 140% with all eight; masks are unlocked by play inside the visions (Wowhead's guide lists how), and each also adds 25% to the enemies' health and damage. The vision on offer alternates weekly between Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Torie's goods needed the achievement We Have the Memories at first; a hotfix of 22 May 2025 lifted that (wiki).

Whether it is still there: Wowhead's guide (updated 2025) calls the revisited visions a limited-time event, but the wiki says they 'are permanently available', a hotfix of 26 January 2026 still adjusted their rewards, a 2026 Wowhead comment describes running them in the Midnight pre-patch, and wow.gg's guide for this mount was published and updated in 2026. No source confirms a run made at level 90 after Midnight's launch, hence medium confidence.

Not established: how long a full clear takes today (the 12.5 hours rest on half an hour a run), and what the introduction quests are beyond the optional breadcrumb Seeking Knowledge of the Past (wiki).
