Rare find (the item Shadowbound Leash) in the Confiscated Cultist's Bag, the reward of each of the three daily Incursion quests that Mylton Wyldbraun gives at the Flame's Radiance camp in Morgaen's Tears, Hallowfall.

Notes and sources

About 150 bags are expected, which is 50 days of all three quests on one character; the quests are per character, so more characters shorten it.

Each day three quests are offered out of six, and they send the character into Hallowfall or Azj-Kahet depending on the day (Method):

Radiant Incursion: Rak-Zakaz, Sureki's End, Toxins and Pheromones
Sureki Incursion: The Eastern Assault, Southern Swarm, Hold the Wall

One Wowhead commenter (2025) speaks of six bags per character; the wiki and Method both say three a day. The bag is the one from the dailies, not the weekly Radiant Service Satchel. The time on the spot for three quests is an estimate; no source gives one.

Wowhead comments from 2026 show it still dropping. A commenter got it on a level 75 character.
