/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The journal's cost of 10 is Untethered Coins (wiki; Wowhead's sold-by list, 2026). Shad'anis also sells the ground mount Acidic Void Creeper for 7 coins, so both take three weeks.
The weekly quest is the only source of coins the wiki names; whether anything else pays them, and whether coins can be moved between characters, was not established. Shad'anis offers the weekly at Overlook Zo'Shuul, and from the second week Constable Zo'ardaz in Tazavesh (48.6, 57.8) offers it too (wiki). Alts can shorten the Phase Diving chain with A Skip Through the Void (wiki).
The wiki gives the weekly as a level 80 quest, and nothing was found on whether Midnight changed it; Wowhead's comments on the mount stop in 2025 and are about its camera. Phase Diving itself still works in Midnight: 2026 comments under Wowhead's Phase Diving guide describe using the conduits, which respond only while the Reshii Wraps are worn (and for some not until they had logged out and in, flown to a different conduit or taken a quest at the Oasis).
Coordinates: Wowhead's tooltip for Shad'anis has 50.4, 36.2, the wiki 50.4, 36.3. The item asks for level 30 (wiki).
Guide: Wowhead's Phase Diving guide (updated 2025) covers the unlock, the weekly quest and the vendor's list, and agrees with what is given here. It adds that the weekly counts anything done while Phase Diving, ordinary kills included, and it names a fifth introduction quest after The Untethered Horror, Wrapped Up (the cloak's upgrade tutorial); whether the weekly waits for that one was not established.
