Notes and sources
The journal and the tooltip show the cost only as a number and leave out the renown. It is Resonance Crystals at Renown 15:
- Wowhead's renown guide (updated 2025) calls rank 15 Creeping Along ('You may acquire a Ruby Void Creeper from Om'sirik in Tazavesh') and has the mount in Om'sirik's price list at 8,125 Resonance Crystals, 'Requires Renown 15 to purchase'
- the wiki's page for the mount says 'Renown Rank 15 with the K'aresh Trust', and its page for Om'sirik (edited 2026) lists it at rank 15 for 8,125 crystals
- Method's rank table agrees
Wowhead's sold-by list for the item was not checked. The same vendor sells the skyriding mount Terror of the Wastes at Renown 19 for 11,375 crystals, so both together cost 19,500.
The reputation total is 35,000 if the first rank is free and 37,500 if it is not; which was not settled (the Terror of the Wastes has the same doubt). What each campaign chapter pays was not found (Method says only a large amount, once per Warband), which is why the hours are a rough figure. Method adds 5 reputation for a rare, once a day per Warband, 1,100 for the Bountiful Delve token, which is only a chance, and 5 to 15 more for every Khaz Algar world quest from the contract.
Whether the renown itself is shared across the Warband was not settled for the Blue Barry or the Terror of the Wastes and is not here; Method describes the one-time sources as once per Warband. Reputation in Midnight was not checked again for this mount: the Terror of the Wastes' notes quote a 2026 Wowhead comment with a weekly round that still works (the weekly dungeon quest in Dornogal, the weekly from Shad'anis, a contract, K'aresh world quests with the Reshii Wraps on).
It is a ground mount, binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki). Coordinates: the wiki has Om'sirik at 40.6, 29.2, Wowhead's guide at 40.6, 29.0 and Method at 40.59, 28.91, inside the northernmost building of Tazavesh. Wowhead's tooltip data for the item is from 2026.
