Sold as Reins of the Moonlit Nightsaber by Churbro, the Battle for Azeroth Timewalking vendor, for 5,000 Timewarped Badges. He is only in the world while Battle for Azeroth Timewalking is running: at the Tradewinds Market in Boralus and at the Port of Zandalar in Dazar'alor.
Time there about 2 min a visit
Before you go
- 5,000 Timewarped Badges, earned in any Timewalking event: 10 per dungeon boss, 20 for the last boss and 10 or 25 for finishing, 20 per Timewalking raid boss and 50 for the last, plus 500 from the event's own weekly quest (range 3-20 hours, depending on how many characters hand that quest in) · about 12 h
In all: about 12 h of play, starting from nothing.
Getting there

- Fly the rest of the way
/way Dazar'alor 46.1 94.9 - Take the portal from Pathfinder's Den to Zuldazar*

Notes and sources
The journal's cost of 5,000 is Timewarped Badges (wiki). The journal and Wowhead's tooltip name only Churbro, once for Boralus Harbor and once for Zuldazar, and the wiki says the reins can be bought during Battle for Azeroth Timewalking weeks and that Churbro stands at his two spots during the event.
So the badges can be saved up in any Timewalking week (they keep between events and move within the Warband, by this guide's other Timewalking mounts), but the purchase has to wait for a Battle for Azeroth week; the in-game calendar shows when the next one falls.
The place is split by faction as for the Ivory Savagemane, on the assumption that an Alliance character goes to Boralus and a Horde one to Dazar'alor, each city being hostile to the other side; the wiki lists Churbro as friendly to both and gives the two spots without saying who uses which. Coordinates are the wiki's (Boralus 70.8, 17.3; Dazar'alor 46.1, 94.9), the same as for the Ivory Savagemane so that the two mounts share one place.
Churbro sells four mounts at 5,000 badges each (wiki):
- this one
- the Ivory Savagemane
- the Timely Buzzbee
- the Sandy Shalewing
Buying both of his own two takes 10,000.
The mount and the vendor were added in patch 11.1.7 (17 June 2025; wiki). A ground mount; the reins bind when picked up and ask for level 10 (wiki). That Churbro is the only seller rests on the tooltip and the wiki; Wowhead's sold-by list was not checked.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
