Reward of the quest History Lesson, the third quest of the Legacy of the Amani storyline that patch 12.0.7 added. Orweyna in Silvermoon City gives Hagar's Invitation, which leads by the Rootway to the Den in Harandar. There she gives History Lesson: speak to the six delegates standing in a circle in the Den (Rokhan, Talanji, Umbric, Shandris, Thalyssra and Vereesa), then to Orweyna again; a cinematic follows and the quest is handed in to Loa Speaker Kinduru beside them.

Notes and sources
The quest History Lesson (quest 92899) gives the mount: Wowhead's item page lists it as the one source, while the journal files the mount under Vendor and names only the quest and the zone. Players confirm it (2026 comments: 'all done within The Den', 'just walk around talking to the race leaders who are standing in a circle').
The storyline came with patch 12.0.7 (16 June 2026) but only opened on 7 July 2026 (8 July in Europe): comments from before that say the quests could not be taken yet.
Wowhead's tooltip has Loa Speaker Kinduru at 43.4-43.8, 51.0-51.6 on the Den's own small map, which is 50.8, 53.0 on Harandar's (converted with the game's map tables; that Wowhead's zone 15921 is the Den rests on its quest page, 'This quest starts and ends in The Den'). On the Den's map a comment gives Orweyna at 44.11, 53.53 and the six delegates at:

Orweyna in Silvermoon is at 45.4-45.6, 70.0 by the tooltip and a comment. Wowhead's objective list ends with 'Speak to Orweyna', while its quick facts and the wiki give Loa Speaker Kinduru as the one the quest is handed in to; both stand in the same circle. The ten minutes on the spot are an estimate that takes in the cinematic.
Not established: whether anything beyond level 90 is asked, such as the Midnight campaign. Wowhead's quick facts give only the level and no source names another requirement; a 2026 comment tells of one character holding the quest for whom the portal under the tree did not appear. Hence medium confidence.
The storyline runs on for another fourteen quests to Dead End, by their names through Zul'Aman and the Maisara Caverns dungeon; none of that is needed for the mount. No guide is linked: none was found for this mount, and Wowhead's storyline page (storyline 6050) is only the list of quests.
