How to get it

Reward of the account-wide achievement Phase-Lost-and-Found: collect all 28 Phase-Lost weapon appearances from the Phase Orbs of K'aresh. The orbs are only there while Phase Diving, and only for a character whose Reshii Wraps have the talent Secrets of the Depths. Running through an orb gives a short buff and a chance at an appearance not yet collected.

Time there about 3 h a visit

Before you go

  • K'aresh opened and the first three chapters of the Ghosts of K'aresh campaign played, through The Tabiqa, which gives the Reshii Wraps and the first 3 Ethereal Strands · about 3 h
  • The Phase Diving quests that follow The Tabiqa: Another World, The Untethered Void, What Doesn't See You, The Untethered Horror and Wrapped Up, which teaches upgrading the wraps · about 0.5 h
  • Reshii Wraps with the talent Secrets of the Depths, the second on the cloak's tree: 6 Ethereal Strands in all, spent with Hashim at Overlook Zo'Shuul (50.3, 36.3). The Tabiqa gives 3; in patch 11.2 the other 3 came from the weekly Warrants, delve chests, Manaforge Omega bosses and that season's dungeons and PvP · about 1 h

In all: about 4.5 h of play, starting from nothing.

Getting there

Phase Orbs at the top of the ramp outside Manaforge Omega, Shadow Point (one orb spot of many)
K'aresh · 43.2, 21.6
/way K'aresh 43.2 21.6
From Stormwind (Alliance) about 2.9 min of travel
  1. Take the portal from Stormwind to Dornogal*
  2. Take the Spatial Rift to K'aresh*
  3. Fly the rest of the way
From Orgrimmar (Horde) about 2.9 min of travel
  1. Take the portal from Orgrimmar to Dornogal
  2. Take the Spatial Rift to K'aresh*
  3. Fly the rest of the way

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

Notes and sources

Players farm it in one of two ways (Wowhead comments): teleport between the Phase Conduits, each of which has one or two orbs close by (2026), or run a loop that starts at the place given here, a spot with three spawns. Its coordinates are from the waypoint lists in the comments under the achievement on Wowhead, which hold dozens more. An orb goes to one player and comes back after a while; there are orbs in the Phase Diving version of Tazavesh as well. Progress is account-wide.

An orb gives a weapon roughly one time in five, always one not yet collected, and otherwise Phase-Lost Detritus, which is vendor trash. No measured figure was published; estimates:

  • about 20%: Wowhead comments and Method
  • 15-20%: wow.gg
  • about 30%: a 2026 comment

How long it takes (the time on the spot is the whole farm, an estimate):

  • Wowhead comments: 90 orbs for the set (2026), 119 and about 200 (2025), and from an hour and a half with a route and realm hopping to four hours and more
  • a 2026 comment: all 28 in two hours, standing on a single orb as it came back
  • Method (2025): 4-5 hours
  • wow.gg (updated 2026): 100-165 orbs

The count: Wowhead's tooltip for the achievement lists 28 weapons, while Wowhead's Phase Diving guide says 27, the list as it stood at launch, when the Phase-Lost Claw was needed but not shown (2025 comments).

Untethered Xy'bucha, found around Shadowguard camps while Phase Diving, gives a large speed boost for 15 minutes and lets a character enter the phase without a conduit. The next talent, Orbs of Power (9 strands), lets enemies killed while Phase Diving leave an orb and allows mounting in the phase. Wowhead's Reshii Wraps guide describes the talents as capped at one a week on a rolling cap; that was at launch in August 2025.

In Midnight a conduit only responds while the Reshii Wraps are worn; relogging, a flight to another conduit or taking a quest at the Oasis woke it for players who put the cloak on late (2026 comments under Wowhead's guide).

The wiki has nothing beyond the achievement's name and the patch (11.2.0, 5 August 2025).

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
