Notes and sources
These are the Alliance's reins (item 44225); the Horde buys its own reins of the same bear (item 44226) from the same vendor.
Mei Francis stands in the Dalaran above Crystalsong Forest, which is what the journal's zone means. The coordinates are the wiki's, 58, 42, as for the Horde's bear; this guide's other mounts from her use Wowhead's tooltip position, 58, 42.4. The wiki gives her a second level range for the Broken Isles, so she stands in that Dalaran as well; whether she sells this mount there was not looked into.
She belongs to the Kirin Tor, whose standing lowers her prices (wiki). 750 is the price at Neutral; mages start at Friendly. The Wowhead tooltip used here is as read in 2026.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
