How to get it

Inside the Broken Throne Ritual Site on tier 2 or higher: feed the stealthed Lost Bear Cub one Practically Pork or Sin'dorei Swarmer to learn the Chubs pet, summon Chubs by the meat pile to the north so the Angry Amani Warbear appears, fight her down until she turns friendly, then feed her five more. She hands over the mount.

Notes and sources

Chubs has to be learned and summoned before the warbear will appear. Inside the site (map 2585) the cub is near 55.8, 49.6 by the stairs to the north-east tower and the meat pile near 55.7, 38.9.

Method and Icy Veins say the cub only shows on tier 2 or higher; warcraftmounts.com does not mention a tier. Not established: how long a run takes (the time on the spot is a guess) and whether tier 2 opens after a single tier 1 clear, as Blizzard's wording suggests.
