Cannot be earned at present, though it is expected back. It drops from Degentrius, the last boss of Midnight's Magisters' Terrace, on Mythic only, and from the Challenger's Cache at the end of a Mythic+ run there. The dungeon was in the Season 1 pool; since Season 2 began with patch 12.1 (live 11/12 August 2026, the Mythic+ season a week or so later) Magisters' Terrace is not in the pool and cannot be entered on Mythic or Mythic+ at all (Icy Veins, 29 July 2026; a Wowhead comment of 8 August 2026 and the wiki's page, last edited 28 August 2026, say the same). It comes back if the dungeon returns to a later season's pool, which is not known, or at the end of the expansion. Kept for that day: the entrance is on the Isle of Quel'Danas at 62.4, 14.6 (wow.gg), and Wowhead recorded 140 mounts in 7,061 Challenger's Caches (1.98%), with no count for the boss itself.

Looked up in 2026.
