How to get it

Since Midnight Season 2 began (patch 12.1, August 2026) it is a chance drop from Nullaeus, the delve nemesis of Season 1, in his lair, the delve Torment's Rise in Voidstorm. During Season 1 it was the sure reward of a feat of strength for beating him on the higher of the lair's two difficulties; that achievement, the one the journal still names, can no longer be earned.

Chance Never published, and Wowhead has no loot count for it. From Wowhead comments: the Rarity addon tracks it as 1 in 100 (6 September 2026), which is the addon's guess; another player calls it a pretty high chance after getting it on a third character (13 September 2026). No lockout was reported either, so 'none' is not established

Time there about 10 min a visit

Before you go

  • Any other delve finished at Tier 7 with revives left, which opens the lair's lower difficulty (Tier 8, shown as ?); the higher one (Tier 11, shown as ??) takes a Tier 10 finish · about 2 h

In all: about 2 h of play, starting from nothing.

Getting there

Torment's Rise delve entrance, south-east Voidstorm
Voidstorm · 61.2, 71.8
/way Voidstorm 61.2 71.8
From Stormwind (Alliance) about 2.1 min of travel
  1. Take the portal from Wizard's Sanctum to Silvermoon*
  2. Take the portal from Silvermoon to Voidstorm*
  3. Fly the rest of the way
From Orgrimmar (Horde) about 2 min of travel
  1. Take the portal from Orgrimmar to Silvermoon*
  2. Take the portal from Silvermoon to Voidstorm*
  3. Fly the rest of the way

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

Notes and sources

Sources disagree, hence the low confidence.

Gone with Season 1: guides written during Season 1 (Method, 2026; wow.gg, updated 2026) say the mount is gone once Season 2 begins, and the wiki's pages for the achievement and for Nullaeus tie it to Season 1.

Still dropping: the wiki's page for the mount (edited 2026) says it has a chance to drop from Nullaeus, and Wowhead comments written after the season changed report it: One commenter (20 August) could not enter the delve and was sent back to Silvermoon.

  • looted on 18 August 2026 as a drop on the boss with no achievement
  • on 6 September the lair could still be entered on the higher difficulty, and the drop was not certain
  • on 13 September it came on a third character

No statement from Blizzard was found. The same thing happened to the Season 1 nemesis reward of The War Within, according to a Wowhead comment. Wowhead's comment text does not tell the "?" difficulty from the "??" one, so whether the lower difficulty drops it is not certain; the 13 September comment seems to say it does.

Entrance coordinates are Method's (61.16, 71.84); wow.gg gives 61.2, 71.2. The time on the spot is an estimate: Season 1 kills took 7 to 22 minutes in the comments, and one calls the fight trivial since 12.1. The feat of strength is achievement 61799.

Confidence in this entry: low. Looked up in 2026.
