Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 100" is 100 Champion's Seals. About 18 days of dailies in all for a human starting from nothing, 23 for a race that begins with another city.
Who may buy: the wiki's page for the mount says Arthur sells to humans or to champions of Stormwind, and his own page quotes him: "Only champions of Stormwind may purchase what I have to offer." Champion of Stormwind is taken as the requirement, as for the other city mounts; it was not confirmed in the game.
The coordinates given above are Wowhead's tooltip for Corporal Arthur Flew; Derrick Brindlebeard and Rillie Spindlenut stand beside him at 76.4, 19.4.
The wiki now marks the Champion's Seal as Warband Transferrable, so seals another character of the warband earned should be usable; that was not tried, and the Champion rank is still the character's own. More seals a day are possible: 3 from the bosses of heroic Trial of the Champion, and further dailies open with Exalted Argent Champion and with A Silver Confidant (the wiki counts up to 17 a day with everything open).
Which city a race without one of the five Alliance cities starts with was not established; a 2024 comment under Wowhead's guide says a dracthyr could not begin the Valiant quests without a ticket to a game master. The same guide (updated 2022) notes that since patch 7.2.5 the tournament mounts unlocked on one faction also show in the journal of the other faction's characters, and a 2026 comment under it walks a character new to the tournament through the start, from the portal to Dalaran (Northrend) on.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
