Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 100" is 100 Champion's Seals. About 18 days of dailies in all for a dwarf starting from nothing, 23 for another race.
Who may buy: the wiki's page for the mount says Derrick sells to dwarves or to Champions of Ironforge; his own page quotes him as selling only to champions of Ironforge. Champion of Ironforge is taken as the requirement here; it was not confirmed in the game.
More seals a day are possible: 3 from the bosses of heroic Trial of the Champion, and further dailies open with Exalted Argent Champion and with A Silver Confidant (the wiki counts up to 17 a day with everything open). Threat From Above (2 of the 5 daily seals) needs The Black Knight's Fall done first.
Irisee, who sells the Exodar Elekk, stands in the same pavilion at 76.2, 19.2.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
