Getting there
/way Icecrown 76.4 19.4 - Take the portal from Wizard's Sanctum to Crystalsong Forest*

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight

Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 100" is 100 Champion's Seals. About 18 days of dailies in all for a gnome starting from nothing, 23 for another race.
Wowhead's tooltip puts Rillie at 76.4, 19.4 and 76.4, 19.6; the wiki gives no coordinates. The notes for the Ironforge Ram have Derrick Brindlebeard at the same coordinates.
Sources disagree on who may buy:
- the wiki's page for the mount: Rillie sells to gnomes or to champions of Gnomeregan
- her own page quotes her as selling only to champions of Gnomeregan
- Wowhead's guide (updated 2022): a city vendor's mounts open on becoming an Exalted Champion of that city, which is Champion plus Exalted with Gnomeregan
Wowhead's tooltip for the item carries no reputation line, so Champion of Gnomeregan is taken as the requirement here; it was not confirmed in the game.
Champion's Seals have been Warband-transferable since patch 11.0.0 (wiki), so seals held by other characters count. More seals a day are possible: 3 from the bosses of heroic Trial of the Champion, and further dailies open with Exalted Argent Champion and with A Silver Confidant (the wiki counts up to 17 a day with everything open). Threat From Above (2 of the 5 daily seals) needs The Black Knight's Fall done first.
Wowhead's guide also notes that since patch 7.2.5 the tournament's mounts only have to be unlocked on one faction. The item asks for level 17 (wiki).
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
