Sold by Second Mate Sluggs at Tokka's Folly on The Coiled Isle for 2,500 Coiled Filament, once Captain Tokka's reputation is at Bloodsworn Crew. Filament comes from fishing on the isle with The Coiled Huntress rod, which Sluggs sells at the same rank.

Before you go

  • The Coiled Isle opened: The Curse of Ula'tek campaign through chapter 2 (starts with Orweyna in Silvermoon City; the quest What Lies Beyond the Fog leads to the isle) · about 2 h
  • Captain Tokka's eight-quest introduction at Tokka's Landing (Venom Fishing: Proof is in the Ooze onward), which opens the dailies; needs level 90 · about 1 h
  • Captain Tokka to Bloodsworn Crew (8,400 reputation): dailies from Sluggs and Brinedrinker Gills at 150-250 each, the weekly Open Sea Fishing world quest for 500, and ten fished-up quest items at 150 each, once per warband · about 6 h over 2 weeks
  • The Coiled Huntress fishing rod: 6,000 Voidlight Marl from Sluggs (Prey hunts, world quests, daily rares, delves) · about 4 h
  • 2,500 Coiled Filament: each catch on the isle with the rod equipped adds one venom (grey junk does not count); Seasage Polo at Tokka's Folly turns venom into Filament one for one · about 15 h
