Getting there
/way Icecrown 76.2 23.8 - Take the portal from Pathfinder's Den to Crystalsong Forest*

Notes and sources
The journal's "Cost: 100" is 100 Champion's Seals. About 18 days of dailies in all for a blood elf starting from nothing, 23 for another Horde race; wow.gg (2026) says 18 to 22 days.
The coordinates given above are Wowhead's tooltip position for Trellis Morningsun; wow.gg gives 76.1, 24.6 for the Sunreaver camp.
Who he sells to:
- the wiki's page for the mount: blood elves or champions of Silvermoon City
- his own page quotes him as selling only to 'the esteemed champions of Silvermoon City'
- wow.gg: a blood elf or the achievement Champion of Silvermoon City
Champion of Silvermoon City is taken as the requirement here, as for the Ironforge Ram; it was not confirmed in the game. Wowhead's Argent Tournament guide (updated 2022) says in its mount table that these mounts unlock on becoming an Exalted Champion of the city. Wowhead's tooltip for the item (45596) carries no reputation line, only the list of Horde races, so this guide does not ask for Exalted.
More seals a day are possible: 3 from the bosses of heroic Trial of the Champion, and further dailies open with Exalted Argent Champion and with The Sunreavers (the wiki counts up to 17 a day with everything open). Threat From Above (2 of the 5 daily seals) needs The Black Knight's Fall done first. The wiki marks the Champion's Seal as a Warband Transferrable currency since patch 11.0, so seals earned by another character of the account can be moved to the buyer; the buyer still has to be Champion of Silvermoon City.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
