Reward of the feat of strength Let Me Solo Him: Azta'rec: defeat Azta'rec, the delve nemesis of Midnight Season 2, in his lair, the delve Venomfall Deeps on The Coiled Isle, on the higher of its two difficulties (shown as ??, equal to Tier 11) with no other player in the party, while Season 2 lasts. The mount comes by mail.

Before you go

The Coiled Isle reached: it lies east of Zul'Aman and is flown into past the Broken Bridge by the Strait of Hex'alor. Guides recommend arriving through The Curse of Ula'tek campaign, which starts in Silvermoon City · about 1 h
Any delve finished at Tier 10 with revives left, which opens the lair's higher difficulty (??). A Tier 7 finish opens the lower one (?), which does not count for this achievement · about 4 h

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

Notes and sources

The achievement is time-limited: Wowhead's tooltip says 'during Midnight Season 2', the wiki 'before the release of the next season of delves'. What comes after is not settled. The wiki's page on these feats says the reward stays on as a rare drop from the nemesis once the season is over, which is what happened to Season 1's Arcanovoid Construct, and a Wowhead commenter puts it at 1% after Season 2; no statement from Blizzard was found.

The Fabled version of the achievement, for the first week only, gave a title, not the mount. The wiki dates patch 12.1 to 11 August 2026, the lower difficulty to that week and the higher one to the week of 18 August.

Entrance coordinates differ a little between guides: Whether flying works on the isle was not checked.

The lair is not in the bountiful rotation and gives no Great Vault credit (wiki). A Wowhead commenter recommends a healing class with Valeera set to damage for a slow, safe kill; Wowhead's guide recommends Valeera as healer for tank and damage specs.

The time on the spot is one kill; expect many attempts. The wiki has no page yet for Azta'rec or for Venomfall Deeps.
