Added in patch 12.1.0 (11 August 2026). Sold by Jan'sari the Watchful (NPC 268228, level 90) at Renown rank 19 with Zul'jarra's Forces. The journal's 'Cost: 8,000' is Voidlight Marl: Wowhead's sold-by list has the vendor at 8,000 of currency 3316, and the item's tooltip there reads 'Requires Renown Rank 19 with Zul'jarra's Forces'.

Wowhead's renown guide calls the rank-19 reward Slither Like De Wind; Method, Blizzard Watch, the wiki and the one comment on the item's page (2026) agree on rank 19 and 8,000. The Indigo Coiled Horror comes from the same vendor at rank 17 for 6,000, so both mounts together cost 14,000. Renown is Warband-wide (Wowhead's guide, Method).

Medium confidence because of the time: no source gives a measured pace, and none gives as a number what the campaign and the side quests pay, nor what Purging the Vaults, a world quest or a Bountiful Delve gives. The 45,000 assumes an account starts at rank 1 with nothing (Wowhead's guide: rank 1 is where reputation begins); counted as 19 full ranks it would be 47,500. The one-off sources Method counts come to 4,200 (treasures 1,100, lore objects 2,500, rares 600). Halduron's dungeon quest goes to one faction of the player's choice each week, so it counts only if spent here.

Helps: a Contract: Zul'jarra's Forces from a scribe adds reputation to every world quest in any Midnight zone for the week (Wowhead's guide; 10 or 15 a quest by Method). The gifts of Marl at ranks 6, 12 and 18 come to 3,500 by Method's sizes, all before the mount opens; Conquest Capped claims the rest piles up during the renown grind, without giving a figure.

Place: Wowhead's guide, the comment on the item's page, Method and Conquest Capped give 58.8, 46.0 on the isle's map (/way #2512); the wiki has 58.78, 45.95. The item binds when picked up and asks for Apprentice Riding (tooltip). Whether flying works on the isle was not checked; the guide's other Coiled Isle mounts assume it does.
