How to get it

Sold by Irisee, the Exodar quartermaster at the Argent Tournament, for 500 gold plus 5 Champion's Seals, to characters who are Champion of the Exodar. A character that is not a draenei also has to be Exalted with the Exodar.

Guides Wowhead: Championing the Argent Tournament · wow.gg: Great Red Elekk

Before you go

  • Champion of the Exodar: 3 days of Aspirant dailies (15 Aspirant's Seals at 5 a day), then 5 days of Valiant of the Exodar dailies (25 Valiant's Seals at 5 a day) and The Valiant's Challenge. A character that is not a draenei champions its own city first and the Exodar after it: 13 days · about 3 h over 8 days
  • Exalted with the Exodar, unless the buyer is a draenei: the Valiant of the Exodar dailies pay 250 each on the way, the Exodar Tabard worn in dungeons turns their reputation into the Exodar's, and quests on Azuremyst and Bloodmyst Isle count too · about 3.5 h
  • 5 Champion's Seals, which the journal text does not mention (covered by the 10 that A Champion Rises pays on reaching Champion)
  • 500 gold

In all: about 6.5 h of play, spread over 8 days, 500 gold, starting from nothing.

  2. Fly the rest of the way

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.

Notes and sources

The journal leaves out the seals: Wowhead's sold-by list (as read in 2026) shows Irisee at 500 gold and 5 of currency 241, Champion's Seal, and the wiki says the same. About 8 days of dailies for a draenei starting from nothing, 13 for another race. Champion's Seals can be moved between the characters of a Warband since patch 11.0.0 (wiki).

Wowhead has two items that teach this mount, both sold by Irisee: 46745 carries no reputation line, 46756 reads "Requires Exodar - Exalted". That is taken here as the usual rule for racial mounts: a draenei is sold the first, any other Alliance race needs Exalted for the second. Which item she shows to whom was not confirmed in the game.

Her own gossip says only champions of the Exodar may buy from her; the wiki's page for the mount says draenei or champions of the Exodar. Champion of the Exodar is taken as needed either way, since the seals come with it.

Whether a Lightforged draenei counts as a draenei for this vendor was not established. Wowhead's Argent Tournament guide (updated 2022) does give Lightforged draenei the Exodar as their first city, and its mount table says these mounts unlock on becoming an Exalted Champion of the city.

Irisee also sells the Exodar Elekk, for 100 seals.

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
