Notes and sources
Wowhead has two items that teach this mount, both sold by Freka Bloodaxe for 500 gold (tooltips as read in 2026): 46749 carries no reputation line, 46757 reads "Requires Orgrimmar - Exalted". As for the Great Red Elekk, that is taken here as the usual rule for racial mounts: an orc is sold the first, any other Horde race needs Exalted for the second. Which item she shows to whom was not confirmed in the game.
The guides still disagree: Wowhead's Argent Tournament guide (updated 2022) says these mounts unlock on becoming an Exalted Champion of the city, while wow.gg's guide (2026) asks only for an orc or a Champion of Orgrimmar.
Wowhead's guide gives Orgrimmar as the first city of orcs, goblins, pandaren, vulpera and Mag'har orcs; whether a Mag'har orc counts as an orc for the reputation check is undocumented.
