Crafted by a jewelcrafter with Pandaria Jewelcrafting at 75 from Design: Jeweled Onyx Panther, which San Redscale at the Arboretum in the Jade Forest sells for 200 gold at Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent. Its only reagents are the four other jewel panthers, one each of the Sunstone, Jade, Ruby and Sapphire Panther, as items in the bags and not yet learned. Each of those is the same jeweler's work from a design of its own that San Redscale sells at a lower standing: 1 Orb of Mystery, 4 Living Steel, 2 Serpent's Eye and 20 of its gem (Sun's Radiance, Wild Jade, Primordial Ruby, River's Heart). The orbs are sold by Big Keech in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms for 20,000 gold each.

Notes and sources
Five crafts and three errands: the designs from San Redscale (the place given), the orbs from Big Keech, and the materials. In all (wiki):

The four panthers have to be in the bags as items when the Onyx is made; ones already learned do not count (Wowhead's best-rated comment, 2012, and its recipe data, which lists the four items as the only reagents). So a collector who wants all five makes the four coloured ones twice (replies of 2012; the wiki says the same).
The finished panthers are not bound, by this guide's notes for them, so they could be handed to the jeweler from elsewhere; the route here is making them. Wowhead's tooltip shows no binding line for the Onyx itself either.
Big Keech is only in the old version of the Vale; the Sunstone Panther's notes explain this with players' reports of 2025-2026. San Redscale's coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip position.
Players of 2012 note that a guild perk lowered the orb's price and the goblin discount did not; whether any discount applies today was not checked. A 2012 reply counts 12 Trillium Bars for a panther's Living Steel by the Spirit of Harmony recipe. The six-bar transmute had a daily cooldown then (the Sunstone Panther's notes), which would spread 16 Living Steel over 16 days for one alchemist; not checked for the current game.
On the reputation: faster ways that the Azure Cloud Serpent's notes list and do not count are the Quivering Firestorm Egg from the Timeless Isle (1,000 a hand-in, bound to the account) and reputation tokens bought with Timewarped Badges. Whether the reputation is shared across the Warband was not established.
The design asked for Jewelcrafting 600 until patch 8.0.1 split the profession by expansion (wiki). The mount flies and asks for level 17 (wiki). Wowhead's professions guide is a player's guide, last updated in 2022; its section for this mount names only the four panthers.
