A crafted mount with three errands: the design from San Redscale (the place given), the orb from Big Keech, and the materials. It is the twin of the Sunstone Panther, with Wild Jade in place of Sun's Radiance.

The design asks for Honored: Wowhead's tooltip for it ('Requires Order of the Cloud Serpent - Honored'), the wiki and Wowhead's reputation guide all say so. wow.gg's guide for this mount (updated 2026) says Revered and 10 to 14 days of dailies, which fits the Ruby and Sapphire designs, not this one.

Wowhead's tooltip has Big Keech pacing between about 60, 43 and 71, 46, and the comments of 2025-2026 quoted in the Sunstone Panther's notes find him in front of the Siege of Orgrimmar entrance in the old Vale. wow.gg puts him in the Golden Pagoda and says he needs the Vale's story finished; for that reason wow.gg's guide is not among the linked ones.

Taken from the Sunstone Panther's notes and not read again here: Big Keech's place in the old Vale, Zidormi's, and how a Serpent's Eye is come by (prospecting Pandaria ore, or 10 Sparkling Shards). Those notes also say the Living Steel and the gems can be made on other characters and passed to the jeweler.

Wowhead's tooltip for the finished mount shows no binding line, so the item can be handed or sold on; the route here is making it. The wiki lists the Jade Panther as a reagent of the Jeweled Onyx Panther, so a collector who wants both makes two.

The design asked for Jewelcrafting 600 until patch 8.0.1 split the profession by expansion (wiki). Wowhead's professions guide (updated 2022) counts a Wild Jade as an Alexandrite and a Golden Lotus, the alchemist's way; the wiki names prospecting first. Not established: whether the reputation is shared across the Warband.
