Notes and sources

The price, which the journal leaves out, is 100,000 Timeless Coins (wiki, Wowhead's guide). Timeless Coins are Warband-transferable according to a 2024 comment, so coins on other characters count. Wowhead's tooltip puts Mistweaver Ku at 42.8, 54.4 and 42.8, 54.8.

The hours given rest on Wowhead comments that differ a good deal with the character and the route. A character that played Mists of Pandaria Remix may already be Exalted (a 2026 comment).

The Ordon Sanctuary lies across a broken bridge, which comments cross with the legendary cloak or a glider, and its inner court sends a character without the cloak back to the Celestial Court; the yaungol outside it and in the other two areas are enough. Wowhead's guide says being in a raid group lowers the reputation per kill, and a 2016 comment that coins do not drop in one. The Censer of Eternal Agony stops the reputation while its effect is on (a 2025 comment; wow.gg).

A second way to the reputation exists during Mists of Pandaria Timewalking: Mistweaver Xia on the isle sells the Commendation of Emperor Shaohao for 50 Timewarped Badges. The wiki gives it 1,000 reputation since patch 11.1.7 (500 before). Wowhead comments of 2024 and 2025 report each one actually giving 4,000, ten or eleven taking a character from Neutral to Exalted; that was not checked after the change.

The wiki has the item asking for level 35 and Apprentice Riding; wow.gg says level 10. Cloud Serpent Riding has not been needed since patch 6.0.2.

Wowhead's guide to the reputation dates from the expansion (last updated 2018) but names the vendor, the price and the amount each kind of yaungol gives; the wow.gg guide (2026) is the current one. Wowhead's page for the item jumps to its Mists of Pandaria Classic database in a browser; the comments used are the retail ones.

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
