Notes and sources
Uncle Bigpocket is neutral and sells to both factions (wiki). The coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip for him (npc 64518, 2026: 65.4, 61.6), the same as for his other two mounts so that the three count as one stop; the wiki gives 65.4, 61.8. He also sells the Blonde Riding Yak for 3,000 gold and the Grand Expedition Yak for 120,000 (wiki).
The price is taken as fixed: the wiki's pages for the reins and for Uncle Bigpocket name no reputation or other condition and no discount, but that was not checked in the game.
The reins bind when picked up and ask for level 32 (since patch 9.0.1) and Apprentice Riding (since 9.0.2; wiki). No Wowhead page was opened for this mount.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
