How to get it

Sold by Agent Malley, the Operation: Shieldwall Quartermaster at Lion's Landing in Krasarang Wilds, for 2,000 gold once Exalted with Operation: Shieldwall. The reputation comes from the daily quests at Lion's Landing and the story quests that open as it rises.

Guide Wowhead: Operation: Shieldwall and Dominance Offensive Guides

Before you go

  • Lion's Landing built: the quests Meet the Scout (from Lyalia outside the Shrine of Seven Stars in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms), A King Among Men and Lion's Landing. Before them the base and its quartermaster are not there · about 0.75 h
  • Exalted with Operation: Shieldwall: 42,000 reputation from Neutral. The daily quests at one of four camps pay 900 a day and a Beastmaster's Hunt quest 200 more; the story quests that open at set points along the way pay about 10,000 in all; the Grand Commendation of Operation: Shieldwall (50 gold from Agent Malley at Revered) doubles everything after it for the whole account · about 10 h over 3 weeks
  • 2,000 gold

In all: about 10.8 h of play, spread over 3 weeks, 2,000 gold, starting from nothing.

Notes and sources

The journal has it right: Agent Malley sells it at Exalted for 2,000 gold (Wowhead's tooltip and guide, wiki).

Wowhead's tooltip for Agent Malley (NPC 69059) has pins at 89.4, 33.4 and 89.6, 33.4 and a third at 94.6, 29.2. A 2012 comment gives 89.62, 33.42 for the quartermaster and the dailies, and a 2020 one reports the base's NPCs displaced to around 94.6, 28.9 on that player's map. The wiki has her next to Proveditor Grantley, just east of the flight path.

The 42,000 is the sum of the ranks from Neutral (3,000, 6,000, 12,000 and 21,000). On an account where any character has already used the Grand Commendation the doubling holds from the start, which roughly halves the days. A 2018 comment took the last 9,000 or so in under an hour: from about 12,000 into Revered the remaining story quests can be done in one go.

Other reputation sources the guide names are the Sunsong Ranch work orders for the faction (300 each, with the Tillers' farm) and the bonus for the first random dungeon or scenario of the day (a 2018 comment ties that to characters of level 81 to 90). A 2017 comment says only one of the three Beastmaster quests pays reputation on a day.

The story quests are tagged for levels 15-35 on the wiki, but a 2023 comment found the enemies of the Dalaran chapter at level 35.

Wowhead's guide dates from patch 5.1 and was last updated in 2018; how much of the world PvP side of the dailies still plays as written was not checked. The Horde's counterpart is the Grand Armored Wyvern from the Dominance Offensive.

Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
