Reward of the Horde achievement Mount Parade: obtain 200 mounts usable by a single character. The count is account-wide; the achievement gives the item Armored Red Dragonhawk, which teaches the mount.

There is nowhere to go for this mount, so no place is given: it comes with the 200th countable mount. The achievement exists once for each faction (Wowhead achievements 8302 for the Horde and 8304 for the Alliance, per the wiki's links); the Horde one rewards this mount and the Alliance one the Armored Blue Dragonhawk. Its text is 'Obtain 200 mounts (usable by a single character)', with account-wide progress.

That mounts of the other faction or of another class are left out is how the words 'usable by a single character' are read here, as for the later steps of the series (Lord of the Reins, No Stable Big Enough); the tooltip does not spell it out.

The journal files the achievement under 'General'; the wiki says it moved to Collections in patch 6.0.2. Added in patch 5.3.0; the item binds when picked up and asks for level 27 (wiki). How the item is delivered (in the mail or straight into the bags) was not found. Wowhead's page for the mount was not read.
