Notes and sources

The mount costs 100 Marks of Honor since Ashran came back as an epic battleground (the wiki, warcraftmounts.com and True Endgame). The journal's second cost, 5,000 of an unnamed currency, is the old price in Apexis Crystals.

Malukah Lightsong, standing next to Dazzerian, sells it too. Dazzerian also stands inside the battleground at the Horde keep.

How the reputation is earned today could not be established. The figures are from guides; players reported in 2021-2022 that the trophies looted from enemy corpses (2,500 each) had stopped dropping, and a Blizzard support article says there is no known bug with either Ashran reputation. Honor earned while working on the reputation covers part of the Marks.

Wowhead's Ultimate Guide to Ashran (a player's guide, updated 2024) is the current description of the battleground: it says the side events are disabled in the epic version and only run in the Classic Ashran brawl, and that simply playing the battleground brings Exalted in time.

Wowhead's own Ashran Reputations Guide dates from 2014, before Ashran became a battleground, and still prices the mount in Apexis Crystals; it gives the same 2,500 and 500 figures and is not linked as a guide.
