The place differs by faction and has not been looked up for the Alliance.
/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The six targets are all of the Nagrand training enemies except the Darkwing Roc, and a kill only counts under the Garn-Tooth Necklace's effect (damage taken up by half, movement slowed by half). A level 3 Stables gives out free whistles with three charges for the mounts-in-training, so the training quests need not be open (Wowhead's Stables guide, updated 2018).
The time on the spot is the 36 kills around Nagrand, with one trip back to the garrison for a second set of whistles. Training the talbuk for the Trained Silverpelt is one sixth of this.
