Getting there
/way Stormwind City 73 59.2 - Fly there
/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal.
Notes and sources
Wowhead lists Paulie (creature 87501) as the only seller, friendly to the Alliance alone, and puts him at 73.0, 59.2 in Stormwind City, the same spot as the wiki. The item binds when picked up, so it has to be bought on the character that will learn it; since patch 9.0.1 it asks for level 17 and Apprentice Riding (wiki). It is a ground mount.
The mount is the Alliance bike of the 2014 Azeroth Choppers contest: it lost the vote and was put in the game for gold all the same (wiki), while the Horde's winning bike was handed out free at the time (Wowhead comments).
Comments on Wowhead show it still being bought (2022: 'paid my 100K') and say that buying it does not give Horde characters the Warlord's Deathwheel (2022). Nothing newer than that speaks of the purchase, and the wiki's pages (edited 2025) describe it as on sale.
No source read mentions a reputation discount on the price; whether Paulie gives the Stormwind one was not established.
