Reward of the account-wide achievement Heirloom Hoarder: have 35 heirlooms in the Heirlooms collection. The 35th brings a letter from Oglethorpe Obnoticus with the Chauffeured Chopper in it, which Horde characters get as the Mechano-Hog. Heirlooms are sold for gold by the heirloom curators, Estelle Gendry on top of the Gates of Orgrimmar and Krom Stoutarm in the Library in Ironforge.

line and 30 seconds for a portal.
Notes and sources
The achievement and the Heirlooms collection are account-wide, so the buying can be done by a character of either faction; both curators are given as places for that reason. The mount itself is the Horde one; the Alliance's is the Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper, from the same achievement. An account that has collected heirlooms over the years may already be most of the way to 35.
Estelle Gendry is only on the Gates of Orgrimmar for a character whose Orgrimmar is past the Battle for Lordaeron. Wowhead comments of 2025 say a max-level character who cannot see her should take, or skip through, the opening quest of Battle for Azeroth or Shadowlands in front of Grommash Hold and come back; before that she stands in the Rogues' Quarter of the Undercity (78, 76). Her Orgrimmar spot is from Wowhead's map (56.8, 89.8; a comment gives 57.1, 90.0).
Cheaper routes to some pieces: guild vendors sell heirloom helms, cloaks and legs for 500 gold with guild standing (helms and cloaks at Honored; legs need a guild achievement), and many of the curator's pieces can instead be had for Champion's Seals at the Argent Tournament, Darkmoon Prize Tickets at the Darkmoon Faire, or Honor (wiki).
Wowhead and the wiki differ by one on the number of 650-gold weapons she sells (9 and 10), a difference of 50 gold. Wowhead's heirloom guide (updated 2024) lists every heirloom with its price at each kind of vendor; it puts the guild vendors' helms and cloaks at Friendly with the guild, where the wiki says Honored, and still places Estelle Gendry in the Undercity.
The time on the spot is an estimate for buying and learning 35 items. Wowhead's tooltip shows the mount item as bound to the Warband.
