Notes and sources
Harb Clawhoof in Mulgore is the only vendor, at 1 gold, Horde only, level 10 since patch 9.0.1 (the wiki's page for the Gray Kodo, as read in 2026, last edited 2025). He sells it beside the Brown Kodo, the Great Brown Kodo and the Great White Kodo. The item binds when picked up (Wowhead tooltip).
The journal leaves out the reputation. The vendor's rule, his place, the coordinates and the reputation requirement are taken from this guide's notes for those three kodos and were not looked up again. The Great Brown Kodo's notes have the rule from the wiki's page for the vendor ('Only tauren can buy from Harb by default; other characters must be exalted with Thunder Bluff') and his gossip; it was not confirmed in the game, and whether a Highmountain tauren counts as a tauren for him could not be established. The mount's own wiki page lists no reputation and no other source and says nothing about the tauren rule, which is on the vendor's page. The mount is account-wide once learned, so any tauren on the account can buy it.
The coordinates are Wowhead's, as read for the Great Brown Kodo (47.4-47.6, 58.0-58.2); the wiki has 47.5, 58.6, a few steps away.
Confidence is medium, as for the Brown Kodo and the Great Brown Kodo, because the rule is unconfirmed and the reputation hours are estimated; the vendor, the place and the price are firm. Wowhead's page for this mount was not read.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
