Sold by Deathguard Netharian in the Valley of Strength, Orgrimmar, for 1 Vicious Saddle. A saddle comes from rated PvP: at 1,000 rating or more, filling the Season Rewards bar once gives the season's own vicious mount, and every further fill in the same season gives a saddle.

Notes and sources
Horde only; the Alliance vendor, Necrolord Sipe in Stormwind, sells the Vicious War Mechanostrider instead. The journal's "Cost: 1" is one Vicious Saddle. Coordinates are the wiki's.
Saddles can only be earned while a rated season is running: Midnight Season 2 began on 18 August 2026 and the wiki lists it as ongoing, with the Vicious Lightbloom Boar as the season's own mount. Points per win were not found; the Rated tab's Season Rewards bar shows the progress.
The saddle binds when picked up (wiki) and goes to the character that fills the bar, and the vendor is a Horde one, so the bar has to be filled on a Horde character. The mount item itself binds to the warband (Wowhead tooltip). The mount was added in patch 6.2, during Warlords of Draenor (wiki).
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
