Notes and sources
There is no place to go: the mount is granted the moment the 300th toy is learned. It is one step of a chain: Crashin' Thrashin' Commander (200 toys) comes before it and Toybox Tycoon (400) after, and the game only shows the next step. Toys sold by vendors for gold are the quickest to add.
The requirement is certain; how long 300 toys take was not established, which is why the confidence is not high.
Guides: Wowhead has no guide to the achievement itself. Its Toy Box guide (a player's guide, updated 2025) is written for the toy-count achievements: it lists toys by source and shows how to see the missing ones with Wowhead's profiler. The Zone by Zone Toy Guide (a player's guide, last updated 2018) lists toys zone by zone but stops at Legion, so everything added since is missing from it.
