Sold as Trust of a Dire Wolfhawk by Pan the Kind Hand, the stable master at Trueshot Lodge, the hunter class hall in Highmountain, for 1,000 Order Resources. She offers it to a hunter who already has the Huntmaster's Loyal Wolfhawk, the class mount from the quest Night of the Wilds.
Time there about 2 min a visit
Before you go
- The Huntmaster's Loyal Wolfhawk first: the hunter class hall campaign, Breaching the Tomb once per account, then the two quests A Golden Ticket and Night of the Wilds from Deliverance Point · about 13.5 h over 3 days
- 1,000 Order Resources (Legion class hall currency: looted from mobs and treasure chests on the Broken Isles and paid by class campaign quests) · about 0.5 h
In all: about 14 h of play, spread over 3 days, starting from nothing.
Getting there
/way Trueshot Lodge 59 32.6 - Take the portal from Wizard's Sanctum to Azsuna*
- Fly the rest of the way
- Take the portal from Pathfinder's Den to Azsuna*
- Fly the rest of the way
/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
Hunters only; the item asks for level 45 and Apprentice Riding (wiki). The journal gives no cost. Wowhead's sold-by list has Pan the Kind Hand (npc 100661, Trueshot Lodge) at 1,000 of currency 1220, Order Resources, and the wiki says the same. She sells the Huntmaster's Fierce Wolfhawk on the same terms.
The coordinates are the middle of Wowhead's tooltip positions for her on the Trueshot Lodge map (58.4-59.6, 31.4-33.6); the wiki has 59, 32. The lodge is on Talon Peak in Highmountain; hunters fly in or take the flight path, there is a portal to Dalaran upstairs, and other classes are teleported out (wiki). Pan also stands at Deliverance Point and elsewhere, but the wiki lists the wolfhawks only in her Trueshot Lodge stock.
A 2024 comment gives the order that worked (checked against Wowhead's quest tooltips), and only then did she offer it:
- the class hall's champions
- Champions of Legionfall
- A Golden Ticket
- Night of the Wilds
Wowhead's guide (updated 2025) lists it among the Power Ascended rewards: Breaching the Tomb finished and the class mount unlocked, then 1,000 Order Resources.
Until patch 8.0.1 the item also asked for every trait of the Marksmanship artifact, Thas'dorah (wiki), which is where old comments about needing the right specialization come from; a 2019 Wowhead comment says the specialization no longer matters. How fast Order Resources come in today was not measured.
Confidence in this entry: high. Looked up in 2026.
