Notes and sources
The same vendor sells the other mechanostriders on the same terms (in this guide: the Red, Blue, Green and Swift Yellow Mechanostriders). Wowhead's tooltip for her and the wiki give the same coordinates. The item asks for level 17 and Apprentice Riding since patch 9.0.1 (wiki).
The journal leaves out the reputation. The wiki's page for the vendor says 'Only gnomes can buy from Milli by default; other characters must be exalted with Gnomeregan' and quotes her saying as much; that was not confirmed in the game, and whether a mechagnome counts as a gnome here was not looked up. The mount is account-wide once learned, so any gnome on the account can buy it.
The reputation takes no time on a gnome or on a character that is already Exalted. The 42,000 assumes a non-gnome starts at Neutral with Gnomeregan, and the wiki marks its per-dungeon reputation figures as possibly inaccurate.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
