Notes and sources
Toraan the Revered on the Vindicaar sells six ruinstriders at Exalted for 10,000 gold each (Amethyst, Beryl, Cerulean, Russet, Sable and Umber), so one climb to Exalted serves all six. The wiki's page for the Sable Ruinstrider and Wowhead's tooltip for the item agree: sold by Toraan for 10,000 gold, requires Argussian Reach - Exalted, binds when picked up.
Everything else here is taken from the Amethyst, Beryl and Russet Ruinstriders so that the six agree, and was not looked up again: the place given above (Wowhead's coordinates for Toraan on the Vindicaar's own map), the Argus requirement, the reputation sources, the hours and days, the guide and the two points below. The weekly rate, and so the seven weeks, is the weak figure.
Reputation was still per character when those were checked in 2026, and Blizzard Watch reported patch 12.1.5, dated 13 October 2026, as making Legion reputations, the Argussian Reach among them, shared by the warband; how standings on several characters are merged was not yet known.
The wiki's lore text has Toraan no longer aboard after the Argus campaign, while its patch history has housing decor added to his stock in patch 11.2.7, so the vendor is taken to be there. Argus has no flying.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
