Chance item in the Farondis Chest, the paragon cache of the Court of Farondis. Once Exalted, every further 10,000 reputation opens the quest Supplies From the Court at Veridis Fallon in the Crumbled Palace in Azsuna, which hands over one chest.
Chance 2.98% per try, so about 34 tries on average — Wowhead: 1,274 mounts in 42,736 recorded Farondis Chests (read 2026-10-10). The count is pooled over all years; Wowhead comments of December 2021 and later say the chance was raised in patch 9.1.5, which the patch notes on the wiki do not mention, so the current chance may be higher

/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
One roll per chest, and each chest costs another 10,000 reputation, so there is no lockout, only the time to refill the bar; about 34 chests are expected at 2.98%. Single reports on Wowhead run from 29 chests to well over 100. The chest also holds gold, Order Resources and sometimes a Curious Coin.
Order hall missions and the Kirin Tor emissary (a 1,500 reputation token for a chosen faction, wiki) add reputation. The wiki does not list the Court of Farondis among the warband-wide reputations, so the bar is taken as one per character.
The mount was also sold for Bronze during Legion Remix, which has ended.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
