Reward of the achievement Glory of the Uldir Raider: one special achievement on each of Uldir's eight bosses, on Normal difficulty or higher. They are Elevator Music (Taloc), Parental Controls (MOTHER), What's in the Box? (Zek'voz), Now We Got Bad Blood (Vectis), Thrash Mouth - All Stars (Fetid Devourer), Edgelords (Zul, Reborn), Existential Crisis (Mythrax the Unraveler) and Double Dribble (G'huun). Progress is shared by the whole account.
Inside Uldir, a raid (Normal, Heroic or Mythic (not Raid Finder))
Time there about 1 h a visit
Before you go
- The toy Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron, which What's in the Box? asks to be used in front of Zek'voz's Projection of Yogg-Saron: a rare Nerubian find of the Archaeology profession (skill 375 before it can turn up, 140 Nerubian fragments to solve). One player in the raid has to have it · about 10 h
- Elevator Music: all four Orbs of Harmony collected while Taloc's elevator goes down in the second phase. They appear at random places in the shaft and have to be reached before the bottom · about 0.25 h
- Double Dribble: G'huun killed with no player having moved while holding a Power Matrix. The fight as designed has the orb thrown from player to player, two to an orb, since the carrier may not walk; the achievement also comes if nobody ever picks an orb up and G'huun is killed all the same · about 0.5 h
In all: about 10.8 h of play, starting from nothing.
Getting there
/way Nazmir 53.7 62.6 - Take the portal from Wizard's Sanctum to Boralus*
- Take the to Wind's Redemption to Nazmir*
- Fly the rest of the way
- Take the portal from Pathfinder's Den to Zuldazar*
- Fly the rest of the way
/way is for the TomTom addon. Travel times are estimates: flying at 55 yards a second in a straight
line and 30 seconds for a portal. A star marks a portal that needs a quest or other unlock done first.
Notes and sources
The eight achievements are the same in Wowhead's tooltip, which marks the progress as account-wide, and on the wiki; each one's text ends 'on Normal difficulty or higher'. A boss that dies before its achievement is done waits for the weekly reset. The time on the spot is an estimate for one clear of the eight bosses with their set-ups. The entrance is from the game's own table (wow.gg has about 54, 63, in the crater beyond the Underrot entrance).
No player count is set, because every step has a reported way that does not take a second player at the same moment; the pairs for Double Dribble are the designed way and are given in the requirements. What works for a given character was not judged here.
What each asks, from the achievements' texts, Wowhead's guide (by Night, last updated 2021) and a 2023 comment on the meta-achievement by a player who did all eight alone on three characters:
- Elevator Music: see the requirements. The guide tells a raid to bring a Demon Hunter, who reaches the orbs by Fel Rush and gliding; the 2023 commenter did it alone as a Demon Hunter, thought only that class could, and found it the most frustrating of the eight. Whether other classes can reach all four alone was not established; the achievement's own page was not read.
- Parental Controls: 'entering her secret passcode' is pressing the glowing buttons in MOTHER's three chambers in an order that differs for every group (321, 213, 231 and so on). A button pressed in its turn goes dark, one pressed out of turn only blinks, so the order is found by trying, and then she is killed.
- What's in the Box?: the Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron is used during the fight (the guide: after Yogg's image disappears in phase 2; the comment: bring Zek'voz to 65%, use the toy, wait until the box throws out purple swirls, then kill him).
- Now We Got Bad Blood: Warmother Rakkali stands on the platform before Vectis's room. She is pulled into one of his Plague Bomb circles so that it bursts on her, killed, and Vectis after her.
- Thrash Mouth - All Stars: 'all players hit by Terrible Thrash at least once'. Every fourth melee attack of the Fetid Devourer strikes the player nearest the tank, he enrages at 50%, and a player alone is the one struck (the comment checked the combat log).
- Edgelords: nobody steps onto the inner ring of Zul's platform; at 40% he knocks everyone back.
- Existential Crisis: 'no player touching an Existence Fragment spawned by another player'. The comment warns that Mythrax's Oblivion Sphere takes control of a lone player and resets the fight unless he dies first or the player is immune.
Double Dribble, the designed way: by the guide and comments of 2018 the orb goes up in pairs, one player throwing it up to 18 yards to the other, who may not move while it is in the air. Three deliveries bring G'huun out, and a carrier is barred from the next orb for two minutes; a 2023 reply puts two players at about an hour that way.
Five comments from 2023 to 2025 and a 2026 reply report the other way: G'huun killed while still in the wall, damage outrunning his healing, no orb touched, and the achievement given (one of 2025 by a Monk's Touch of Death at the start). A Mage carrying the orb by Blink alone is reported in 2023 and 2024, with one 2024 reply whose tracker turned red on blinking. Each of these is reported to fail it:
- warlock gateways
- Door of Shadows
- Soulshape
- the Monk's Transcendence
- Alter Time
- a knock-back from the Dark Young adds
wow.gg's guide (updated 2026) calls four of the achievements by names that do not exist (Background Noise, Bad Blood, Bruising Championship, Lords of the Edge) and is not linked; it says the reward comes by in-game mail, which was not confirmed elsewhere.
Confidence in this entry: medium. Looked up in 2026.
